All Academy of Art Students are entitled to a free 1 year subscription of Toonboom Harmony and Storyboard Pro
You will need to use your school email address to communicate with Toonboom and get the subscription enabled. Your school email address will look like:
JDOE2@art.edu
To log into your school email please go to: https://login.microsoftonline.com/
Once you are at the Office 365 Login Screen you can use email address USERNAME@art.edu and the same password you use for logging into the Online Learning Systems.
You should now be logged into your Office 365 email account. (This is also where you can access OneDrive and your sweet, sweet 2TB of free storage)
Any emails you send to Toonboom MUST be sent via this email account in order to prove you are a student here at AAU. This includes emails about renewing your license each year.
Please go to https://store.toonboom.com/coe and click on "Join Now"
Under "Email," you will need to use your school email address.
Be sure to enter your full email address (ie: JDOE2@art.edu).
Follow the rest of directions to download the software and install on your machine
If you're having trouble finding the downloads, you can download the Trial version, and use your school email address to activate it to the full paid product.
After downloading, open up Toonboom. You'll be prompted to activate the software using the login information you set up in Step #2
After you install the software and open it, it will prompt you to either try the demo or activate the license.
Register your account by using the login info you created with your school email
Your license should now be up and running! Enjoy!
You must renew/reactivate your license once a year. You can continue to renew each year as long as you are a registered student here at AAU.

Then you must use the License Wizard to REMOVE the old license for the system to activate the NEW license.
If you have installed Toonboom before, and are either
1. Transferring your license to a new machine or
2. Re-activating after the year expiration date
Then you must use the License Wizard to REMOVE the old license for the system to activate the NEW license.
On a PC/ Windows:
For Harmony 16 and before:
Return the old license that has expired. (if you?re migrating across machines, you will return the current one)
Then, press "quit" and re-open Harmony. You should be able to log in and that will activate the new license. If you have any problems, contact support@toonboom.com (from your @art.edu email!)
